Texas UFO Sighting 15th October 2010 is solved, -I am 99,9% sure it was night skydivers with magnesium and meteor flares. First NBC´s “Texas UFO Sighting“, then another filmed from a baseball field “UFOs at El Paso, Texas“, then another one “UFOs Entering the Atmosphere El Paso” (also said to be similar to the New York UFO sighting) and then this one “UFO’s sighting in El Paso, Texas“. Okay, very interesting, but then I Googled “night skydiving”, I realized skydiving at night with magnesium flares and so-called meteor flares, is a sport performed quite often. Freeflying and tracking with hot flares looks awesome from the ground, and they create patterns in the sky that easily can trick your mind. Skydivers known as the Golden Knights was in El Paso, Texas october 15th, 2010 (reported in El Paso Times October 16th 2010), the same day as all the videos above was filmed. After seeing guys freeflying head down with flares and the Burning Sky skydivers with flares too, as seen in the Temple Night Jump 2009 (Burning Man 2009) video, I am convinced, that all the El Paso UFO videos on this page, can be observations of these “burning guys” in the sky, but I will let you decide…

Good analysis! I’m a skydiver. The NBC film has EXACTLY the correct visuals and timing for what you would expect to see when a small freefall formation separates and the jumpers fly apart before opening their parachutes. And of course, that also perfectly explains why the lights then seemed to “stop and hover”.
